A private session is a perfect introduction to Pilates for beginners or can add to a more intermediate or advanced client's practice.
The studio is private, with no other classes going on simultaneously, so you get maximum attention and can concentrate on yourself professionally.
Private 1:1 Pilates sessions are available using the Balanced Body Studio Reformer, Springboard, and EXO Chair.
The Pilates Mat work forms the foundation of the Pilates method. A Mat class includes a series of exercises performed on a soft mat on the floor. It is as challenging as the Pilates work on the equipment; some may say even more so. The Mat work is a great place to hone the fundamental techniques of Pilates.
During a Mat class, your instructor will safely guide you through an exercise sequence designed to build strength, stability, and flexibility. Some Mat classes involve props like small balls, foam rollers, and Magic Circles.
This class is open to beginners as well as advanced students of Pilates; all exercises will be adjusted based on your level of experience.
As a member, you will receive a new class every Sunday to take at your leisure.
