Next, we will create a blueprint/action plan for the health and wellness journey. A customized nutrition portfolio includes a dietary analysis, recommendations based on goals/lifestyle, meal plans, and resources. Committing to our nutrition services starts with a nutrition consultation and a health assessment.
I can also help you analyze your results for a greater understanding if you have recent lab work. I also have recommendations for lab work and testing.
If it has been more than nine months since your last appointment with me, I recommend another nutrition consultation.

The health coaching/counseling session is a virtual one-on-one session. These are usually follow-up appointments after the nutrition consultation but can be a single session to answer your nutrition questions. I recommend a new consultation if it has been more than six months since your last nutrition consultation.
